Access Devuan Fast Help

During installation user can choose if s(he) wants access to fast-help (irc). If yes user selects from a list of irc clients and a temporary irc nick is proposed for the main user (an algorithm that creates a unique one is needed) but if there is internet access a user could choose one not in the current list.

After successfull install and after the first user session initialization by clicking in the help/fast an irc client will log the user in the devuan/user support . The support - channels could be regionals , or according to experience level of the user.
